cheerupemoborgHank is a super-villain, and so that means doing nasty things like taking candy from babies. One of Hank's trademarks is his ability to control technology and manipulate it in all kinds of wacky ways. This permission post is primarily for those characters who are in some way associated with technology and machines, but is open to everyone.
Every scenario will no doubt be different, so this is more of a guideline.

<b>Can Hank use his technopathy on your character or their property, if applicable?</b> I'll be sure to let you know before Hank attempts anything.
<b>How far can Hank take it?</b> That is, how complete can his control over tech be in most situations? Simple manipulation or total domination?
<b>Can Hank harm your character?</b> A more general question for everybody. This can be anything from roughing 'em up a little, to seriously maiming them, to outright killing them. It's up to you!

Can Hank use his technopathy on your character or their property, if applicable? LOL, just check with me first, but 90 % of the time it'll be yes.
How far can Hank take it? As above, I'm willing to go far, with you discussing it with me first.
Can Hank harm your character? No killing. That's my restriction.

Character's Name: Eleventh Doctor, Edward, Kevin Flynn
Can Hank use his technopathy on your character or their property, if applicable? Yes, though Eleven's blocked him out of the TARDIS so he'd have to work REALLY hard to do anything with that.
How far can Hank take it?
TARDIS - not too far. About as far as we've gone with it unless something happens to incapacitate her in some form.
Edward's computer - He could take over but she's the super hacker and would do everything she could to get it back - including throwing ridiculous viruses his way.
Kevin Flynn's computer - He's the User, man. He might let Hank dominate his computer to see what he's doing and how, but he'd find a way to kick him out.
Kevin Flynn's Identity Disc - Ha ha ha. No. He'd have to GET IT from him, first, and that's not happening without a fight at least.
Can Hank harm your character? This goes for my whole crew (including Phoebe, Connor, Rue and Nora). No rough stuff on Rue and Nora. Edward will get confrontational but in a silly way, if that makes sense. She's climbed moving trains and fallen from vents in the ceiling with no harm but her worst weapon is stinky gas. For everyone else - Discuss it with me and we'll see how far he can take it. Just be aware they WILL fight back.

Can Hank use his technopathy on your character or their property, if applicable? Sure. He doesn't have anything electronic at the moment, though.
How far can Hank take it? Complete control if you'd like. Just give that heads up!
Can Hank harm your character? Yes. Go as far as you'd like with this, but Loki is extremely difficult to harm, let alone damn near impossible to kill.

Can Hank use his technopathy on your character or their property, if applicable? Sure. His right eye is mechanical.
How far can Hank take it? I'm not sure how much he can do with an eye, but go nuts. Muraki might just...rip it out if he has no choice in the matter...cause he's crazy like that.
Can Hank harm your character? If they end up fighting, small injury is fine, though if anybody ends up killing him it's likely be the hero types. We can talk it out if it comes up, though.

As for Church himself, I'd have to discuss it first.
How far can Hank take it? Played for laughs I'm pretty set with just about anything as long as I know ahead of time what is planned. Anything dramatic, I'm open to discussion.
Can Hank harm your character? Again, with the robot body have fun... It's pretty resilient and can be repaired. Total destruction not so much. (I want him to still be able to interact with things)
With Church himself, once again it would have to be discussed ahead of time. I don't mind him getting his proverbial butt handed to him but I'm tending to lean away from death.
