One of Hank's trademarks is his ability to control technology and manipulate it in all kinds of wacky ways. This permission post is primarily for those characters who are in some way associated with technology and machines, but is open to everyone.
Every scenario will no doubt be different, so this is more of a guideline.

<b>Character's Name:</b>
<b>Can Hank use his technopathy on your character or their property, if applicable?</b> I'll be sure to let you know before Hank attempts anything.
<b>How far can Hank take it?</b> That is, how complete can his control over tech be in most situations? Simple manipulation or total domination?
<b>Can Hank harm your character?</b> A more general question for everybody. This can be anything from roughing 'em up a little, to seriously maiming them, to outright killing them. It's up to you!
